The difference

One plan for everything outside the house.

The grounds have to carry the same weight as the house. Design, water, stone, and planting go in together, on one schedule.

Established from day one

The land should not wait years to look right. We design around big, installed-size plants that read finished the week the crew leaves.

Renderings before work begins

You see the property finished before anyone breaks ground. Layout, plant massing, stone, irrigation, and outdoor living all come from the same drawing.

We bring the machines

Grading, drainage, and skid steer work are ours. The ground gets corrected before anything is planted on it, instead of worked around.

Built for clay, drought, and deer

Soil, grade, drainage, water, and browse pressure shape the plan from the first walk, not after something dies.

A Pioneer backyard build: fire pit, gravel and stone pathways, and planted beds behind a home

Curated scope

What we put in the ground.

Design + installation

Full-property plans for acreage, ranch entries, and new custom homes with nothing outside but a driveway.

Irrigation systems

Coverage planned with the planting design and zoned to what actually went in the ground.

Stone + hardscape

Masonry, pathways, retaining walls, grading, drainage, and edges that give the grounds structure.

Outdoor living

Outdoor kitchens, pergolas, decks, and somewhere to sit that belongs to the property.

We work alongside custom home builders and their clients when the exterior has to match the standard of the house.

Where we work

From Seguin to Stockdale, and everything in between.

Seguin and Guadalupe County

Home ground. Acreage, established places that never got finished, and new builds on bare lots.

New Braunfels and San Marcos

Custom homes where the house is done and the land around it is still waiting on a plan.

La Vernia and Stockdale

Ranch entries, drives, and the long approach. Work sized for property, not for a subdivision lot.

Process

From the first walk to the last plant.

One crew stays on the property from grading through the final planting. Nothing gets handed to a sub partway through, and the same people who walked the land finish it.

Walk the property

We study the land, grade, soil, exposure, water, and how the space is actually going to be used.

Rendering and plan

The finished picture comes first, so the work has a clear direction before installation begins.

Installed in one pass

Plants, irrigation, stone, pathways, drainage, and outdoor living move together as one project.

Established on day one

The property looks finished on handover, not like a starter yard waiting to grow up.
